Kumar Panta elected as NRNA president

Kathmandu, 18 October : Kumar Panta has been elected the president of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA).

Panta, who defeated his opponent Kul Acharya in the elections held on Thursday in Kathmandu, will lead the global organization of Nepalis living abroad for the next two years.

Panta was the vice-president of the organisation for the past two terms.

Likewise, Badri KC, Sonam Lama, and Arjun Kumar Shrestha have been elected the vice-presidents.
